  2. Secure payment is made on our website via Shopify. We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, and Applepay.
  3. We lovingly package your item and send to you via our preferred shipping agent Shippit

Please note all sales are final.

AUTHENTICITY

We don’t like fakes (of any kind, let alone the items we consign!) and we know you don’t want fakes. 

Whilst we have extensive knowledge of luxury designer brands, leather, stitching, hardware, logos, fabric; and for jewellery the metal, the stones, and the finishes, there are still some very good ‘fakes’ out there.

We ensure each bag or leather accessory is genuine by having it professionally authenticated by global leader Entrupy as our final guarantee.

 

INTEGRITY

Designer Resale Collective consign both new and pre-loved pieces, however we are discerning with what we consign. All pre-loved items are rated very good to excellent condition. Our new items have never been worn or used, and many still have the tags on them.

We want to ensure that the condition and ratings of the pieces available for resale are as easy to understand as possible. We have a four-tier scale to help you.

 Platinum
Item is brand new. Perfect condition and comes with box, dust bag, and authenticity card (as relevant) and authenticity certificate for bags
Gold
 Item has been used or worn once or twice and in excellent condition some or all - box, and dust bag, authenticity card and/or authenticity certificate for bags
Silver
Item has been used or worn a handful of times and is in very good condition with some or all - box, and dust bag, authenticity card and/or authenticity certificate for bags
Bronze

Item has been used or worn and has some wear and is in good condition some or none - box, and dust bag, authenticity card and/or authenticity certificate for bags

SUSTAINABILITY

We ensure that your items reach you in good condition, without leaving a large environmental footprint. To support this, we use compostable packaging materials - right down to the tape!
